Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.- Experience with API development and management to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.- Competence in scripting and automation to streamline integration tasks and improve operational efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
