Technical Business Analyst - BPMN

Role : Technical Business Analyst Client : Samsung GMO Location : Chennai Mode of Work : Work from Office (WFO) Experience : 5+ Years Open Positions : 10 Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for enterprise-scale e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements. - Create Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specifications, and BRDs. - Develop BPMN diagrams, UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process flows. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. - Work closely with development teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and production support. - Ensure complete and accurate project documentation using Jira and Confluence. Required Qualifications : - 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise technology projects. - Experience working on enterprise e-commerce platforms preferred. - Strong expertise in requirements gathering and business process analysis. - Hands-on experience creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API documentation. - Experience with BPMN, UML, and sequence diagrams. - Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. - SAP Hybris knowledge preferred. - Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills : - Enterprise application implementation experience. - Strong stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience working with distributed teams. - Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
