Product Manager

Job Title : Product Manager (PM-L1/PM-L2) AI-first Products. Location : Hyderabad. Work Mode : WFO (5 days). Experience : 4+ years Product Management, with end-to-end ownership (0?1 and/or 1?N). Education : Bachelor's/Master's Computer Science, Engineering, Business, IT, or related. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days. Roles & Responsibilities : - Define product vision, roadmap, and execution milestones. - Run customer discovery, market research, and opportunity sizing. - Lead AI-first product development write PRDs/DRDs, manage backlog, run sprint planning, coordinate releases with engineering, design, data science, QA. - Define and track success metrics; build dashboards; run A/B tests. - Partner with growth teams on activation, engagement, retention, and SEO/content strategy. - Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and GTM planning. - Own product quality and responsible AI implementation. - Embed learning science and accessibility principles into EdTech product decisions. Mandatory Skills : - Product Ownership (0?1 / 1?N), SQL, Google Sheets / MS Excel. - Product analytics tools : Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar. - AI technologies : OpenAI APIs, AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, RAG. - AI dev tools : Lovable, Replit, CrewAI. Good to Have : - EdTech domain knowledge learning science, pedagogy, assessment integrity. - Payment gateway integration experience. - Identity platform / CRM integration experience. - Revenue optimization, cost management, pricing. - Gamification and subscription-based product experience. - Managing multiple cross-functional teams / complex portfolios. Must-Have Soft Skills : - Excellent written communication and documentation. - Strong prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making. - Stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration. - Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
