Job Title: Senior Engineer – High-Rise Building Consultant Location: Ahmedabad (Consultant Role) Employment Type: Consultant / Freelance / Project-Based Experience: Open (Candidates with relevant expertise in high-rise building design are preferred) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – High-Rise Building Consultant to provide structural engineering consultancy for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in structural analysis, design, and engineering software, along with the ability to review complex designs and provide technical guidance. Key Responsibilities Provide structural consultancy for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures. Review structural drawings, calculations, and design reports. Ensure compliance with Indian and international design codes and standards. Conduct structural stability checks, seismic and wind load analysis. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders. Provide technical solutions for complex engineering challenges. Review project documentation and ensure quality standards are maintained. Support project teams during design reviews and technical discussions. Required Skills Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel Structure Design. Hands-on experience with: Midas Civil STAAD Pro / OpenSTAAD ETABS SAFE SAP2000 Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Autodesk Structural Bridge Design CSI Bridge AutoCAD Knowledge of Python for engineering automation is an added advantage. Experience with Rhino & Grasshopper is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for engineering productivity is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred). Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in high-rise building structural design and consultancy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client coordination abilities. Ability to work independently as a consultant and deliver projects within timelines.
