Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience to oversee and monitor project execution across multiple sites.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project progress, achieving targets, managing inventory, coordinating billing processes, and maintaining proper site documentation. The role requires frequent travel to various project locations.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

● Track project progress against timelines and ensure target achievement.

● Manage site inventory and materials to avoid shortages or excess stock.

● Coordinate for timely preparation and submission of client billing.

● Monitor and maintain staff attendance

● Take proactive measures to minimize penalties due to delays or non-compliance.

● Ensure timely preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

● Coordinate with project managers, supervisors and site team

● Identify site challenges and resolve them timely.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

● Ability to manage site workforce effectively.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

● Good communication and reporting skills.

● Proficiency in MSO Advance (Excel, Word) and reporting tools.

● Willingness to travel frequently to different project sites.
