About the Role A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI automation startup is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich.
This is a senior, high-ownership role working directly with the founding team to help multibillion-euro enterprises become AI-native operators.
You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders, personally build and deploy high-impact AI agent solutions, and play a central role in growing the regional team as the company expands across Europe.

What You'll Do
Own regional outcomes across DACH, operating primarily from Munich. Act as AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises. Run each account as a structured consulting engagement — stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmapping, rollout, and measurable results.
Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and diagnose where AI creates the most leverage. Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then drive adoption org-wide. Host executive workshops, strategic briefings, and leadership-oriented QBRs.
Navigate complex enterprise politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact. Collaborate closely with the founding team on regional strategy, key accounts, and Munich team-building.
Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering — prioritising what they need and pushing back when necessary. Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.
What We're Looking For Dealbreakers: Native-level German proficiency — essential for C-suite engagements in the DACH market.
