Content Creator & Videographer

Are you the kind of person who sees a room transformation and instantly thinks, "I need to film this" ? We're looking for an energetic, creative Content Creator & Brand Coordinator to help tell the Beare Flooring story. This is far from a typical office role. One day you'll be filming a stunning flooring transformation in a customer's home, the next you'll be interviewing one of our franchisees, creating educational content with our founders, or editing engaging social media videos back at Head Office. If you love creating high-quality content, enjoy variety and want to play an important role in building one of Australia's fastest-growing flooring brands, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing • Create engaging Reels, TikToks and social media content that showcases our projects, products and brand. • Produce "day in the life", interview-style and behind-the-scenes content with our franchisees to support franchise recruitment. • Film and edit founder-led content covering flooring advice, product knowledge and industry expertise, helping position Beare Flooring as an authority in the flooring industry. • Travel to customer homes, work sites and franchise locations throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Northern NSW (mileage reimbursed) to capture premium before and after transformation photography and video & interviews. • Edit high-quality content using CapCut or a similar professional editing platform. • Assist with planning content calendars, marketing campaigns and creative ideas. • Support branding and marketing initiatives across the business. • Work closely with the founders to continue building one of Australia's fastest-growing flooring brands. About You You're someone who loves being behind the camera just as much as bringing content to life in the editing suite. You have a creative eye, enjoy telling stories through video and photography, and take pride in producing content that reflects a premium brand. You'll have: • At least 3 years' experience creating social media content. • Strong videography and photography skills. • Advanced experience using CapCut or a similar video editing program. • A great eye for detail, composition and storytelling. • Confidence working with customers and filming people on camera. • Excellent organisation and time management skills. • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed for work travel). • A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to jump into a wide variety of projects. Bonus Points If You Have • Graphic design experience. • Branding or marketing knowledge. • Experience creating content for premium consumer brands. • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom or Photoshop. What We Offer • $70,000 salary. • Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.
