Job Description
Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and check details in the computer system Plan delivery schedules and book transport vehicles Track active shipments and update clients on delivery status Solve shipping delays, damages, or missing items quickly Prepare shipping papers, invoices, and permits Work with warehouses and drivers to fix daily issues Required Skills Good communication skills to talk with clients and teams Strong organization to handle many orders at once Problem-solving mind to fix delivery mistakes Basic computer skills for tracking tools and spreadsheets
