Job Description
About the Role This is a high-ownership enterprise account management role at a fast-growing, seed-stage AI platform company headquartered in Berlin.
The platform helps thousands of organizations securely adopt and scale generative AI — from day-to-day chat and workflows through to fully custom AI agents — and is trusted across a wide range of enterprise customers.
You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, driving adoption, retention, and expansion while using AI tooling to automate and scale your own work.
You'll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering and Product, influence the product roadmap, and operate as the strategic partner your customers rely on for their AI transformation journey. This role is 100% on-site in Berlin . Relocation support is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be fully accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes. Build structured account plans covering stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
Run strategic customer conversations — QBRs, executive business reviews, and proactive check-ins — grounded in data and measurable outcomes. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across user seats, use cases, and deployment scope.
Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes: identify champions, manage blockers, and build multi-threaded relationships from end users to C-level. Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your own book of business, systematically replacing manual effort.
Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into product direction. Serve as the internal voice of the customer while staying closely aligned with the company's product strategy.
What We're Looking For Must-haves: 5+ years in an enterprise customer-facing role — Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales. Proven track
