Talent Acquisition Specialist - Financial Services Firm

About the Role: A leading financial services firm is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across business and corporate functions. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on sourcing, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and building quality talent pipelines for non-leadership positions. The role requires strong experience in Financial Services hiring and expertise in direct sourcing. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned functions. - Source quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and other channels. - Screen and assess candidates for role fit. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs. - Track recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 4-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience. - Prior hiring experience within Financial Services/BFSI. - Candidates from recruitment consulting firms with Financial Services hiring experience are welcome. - Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri sourcing. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working independently in an Individual Contributor role.
