Experience : 8 to 12 years Job Description : - Lead design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalization solutions. - Own end-to-end architecture covering customer data, segmentation, and multi-channel engagement. - Drive real-time personalization use cases using Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio). - Design and build integrations with CRM, web/mobile apps, and external systems using APIs and middleware. - Develop and oversee solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and Journey Builder / Automation Studio. - Ensure seamless data flow between Data Cloud, Personalization & Marketing Cloud. - Act as technical lead, guiding team, reviewing design/code, and ensuring best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Ensure performance, governance, and data quality across all implementations. Good to have skills : - Knowledge to implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud (data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, audience activation).
