Strategy & Business Consulting Professional - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-calibre female MBA/PGDM professional from a top-tier B-school with 2-6 years of experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Corporate Planning or Management Office, who can work closely with the Promoter/Senior Management on business analysis, strategic initiatives and decision support. Business Performance Analysis: - Analyze business performance across different divisions/business units. - Track key business KPIs, revenue, profitability, costs, productivity and growth metrics. - Prepare monthly/quarterly business performance reports for senior management. - Identify performance gaps, trends and areas requiring management attention. - Convert business data into meaningful insights and recommendations. 2. Strategic Planning: - Support the Promoter/Director and senior management in developing business strategies. - Conduct market, industry and competitor analysis. - Identify new business opportunities, growth areas and potential risks. - Support annual business planning, budgeting and target-setting exercises. - Develop business cases and presentations for new initiatives. 3. Management Reporting & MIS: - Prepare dashboards, MIS reports and management presentations. - Consolidate data from different departments/business units. - Ensure accuracy and timely availability of management information. - Develop analytical reports highlighting key business movements and exceptions. - Present insights and recommendations to senior management. 4. Business Projects & Strategic Initiatives: - Take ownership of strategic projects assigned by senior management. - Coordinate with different departments to drive projects to completion. - Define timelines, milestones and deliverables and monitor progress. - Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution. - Follow up on decisions taken during management meetings. 5. Financial & Commercial Analysis: - Analyze revenue, margins, costs and profitability. - Evaluate business proposals and investment opportunities. - Prepare cost-benefit analysis and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives. - Work closely with Finance and Business Heads to understand financial performance. - Highlight opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement. 6. Market & Competitor Intelligence: - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and market developments. - Track changes that may impact the group's businesses. - Prepare management briefs on relevant market opportunities and threats. - Support feasibility studies for new products, markets or business ventures. 7. Cross-functional Coordination: - Work closely with Business Heads, Finance, HR, Operations, Sales and other functions. - Coordinate information and inputs required for strategic decisions. - Act as a central point of coordination for selected management initiatives. - Ensure agreed actions are followed through to completion. 8. Management Support: - Work directly with the Promoter/Director on important business matters. - Prepare briefing notes, presentations and analytical summaries before key meetings. - Attend management review meetings and document key decisions/action points. - Proactively follow up on critical priorities. - Handle sensitive business information with complete confidentiality
