Clinic Assistant

Clinic Assistant Location: MD Family Clinic (Tampines) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us MD Family Clinic is a patient-centered general practice committed to providing quality, compassionate healthcare to individuals and families. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team and help deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Register patients and manage appointments. Welcome and assist patients with a professional and caring attitude. Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries. Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures. Dispense medications according to the doctor's instructions.

Perform basic clinical duties such as measuring vital signs and preparing consultation rooms. Handle billing, payments, and insurance/claims submissions where applicable. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Keep the clinic clean, organized, and well-stocked with medical supplies.

Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prior experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates with no experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic computer skills. Willing to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays on a roster, if required.
