Job Title: Sr Bench Sales Recruiter Experience: 6+ Years Location: Hyderabad - 5 Days WFO Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview is Mandatory Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in H1B Transfers , H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultant marketing in the US IT Staffing domain. Key Responsibilities: • Handle H1B Transfers and market H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants. • Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. • Source new requirements through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals. • Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships. • Negotiate rates and close placements. • Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end submission process. • Maintain consultant availability and regular follow-ups. • Achieve monthly placement targets.
