Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new installation opportunities for elevators, escalators, and moving walks .
• Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and other building projects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, follow-ups, and closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, developers, and building managers .
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation of quotations, contracts, project specifications, and sales activities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support customer satisfaction and ensure successful project delivery. Required Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering .
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project sales , preferably in elevators, escalators, building solutions, construction, or related industries.
• Strong B2B sales experience with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and technical discussions.
