Job Description

The Program Manager (MGS Consultant) will report to the Global Business Acceleration Leader and will be accountable for directing and controlling all phases of the strategic initiative. The Program Manager will participate in various program initiatives to positively impact the Program outcomes. • Lead day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of a highly confidential strategic transformation initiative, ensuring delivery against key milestones, timelines, and objectives. • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, workstream dependencies, risk logs, and executive status reporting to support informed decision-making. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple business units, driving alignment, accountability, and successful execution in a highly matrixed environment. • Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and working sessions, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking actions to completion. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum. • Manage program communications, ensuring stakeholders remain informed, engaged and aligned. • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive business information, strategic plans, and organizational changes. • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate strategic objectives into executable work plans and measurable outcomes. • Other duties/projects as assigned. If working with us requires such an accommodation, or you need assistance with any part of the employment process, please email RPOTalentAcquisition@manpowergroup.com. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of program management or business operations experience. • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization. • Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and executive-level reporting. • Experience facilitating stakeholder alignment and driving accountability across diverse teams and functions. • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for various audiences. • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs and program requirements. • Experience working with senior leaders and executives on strategic initiatives. • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Project or similar tools. • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Team-oriented. Consults with Team members and management as needed to complete assigned responsibilities. • Works with minimal supervision.
