Key responsibilities will include: • Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across the business. • Developing and maintaining robust, scalable financial models across the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. • Producing Executive and Board-ready reporting with clear commentary, commercial insights and recommendations. • Analysing financial performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities and key business drivers. • Partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision making. • Driving automation, process improvement and reporting efficiencies across the FP&A function. • Maintaining strong governance, controls and data integrity across financial reporting. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of modelling standards, reporting quality and FP&A best practice. About You You are a CA or CPA qualified finance professional with strong experience within Group FP&A, Corporate FP&A or a large, complex commercial finance environment. You'll be someone who enjoys working hands-on with the numbers, takes genuine ownership of your work and thrives on solving complex business problems. To be successful, you'll demonstrate: • Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability. • A deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies and business performance drivers. • Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decision making. • The ability to transform complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience delivering Executive or Board-level reporting. • Exposure to Oracle EPM, ERP or comparable enterprise planning systems will be highly regarded. • A naturally curious mindset with a passion for improving processes, simplifying reporting and driving better business outcomes. What's in it for You? • Join a high-performing Group FP&A team supporting Executive and Board-level decision making. • Work on strategically important initiatives within a large, complex organisation. • Enjoy a genuinely hands-on role where you'll own meaningful work and influence commercial outcomes. • Collaborate with experienced finance leaders who value ownership, initiative and technical excellence. • Be part of a culture that encourages continuous improvement, curiosity and professional development. • Excellent long-term career opportunities within a stable and growing business. • Attractive remuneration package of up to $175,000 package plus 10% STI , together with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
