About The Role • We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing global sales compensation plans for Rubrik's salesforce. You will analyze key financial data, streamline compensation processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This position reports to the Manager – Global Sales Compensation. What You'll Do Sales Compensation Administration: • Manage and maintain sales incentive compensation processes. • Assist in the administration of MBOs, commission bonuses, and SPIFF payouts accurately and on time. • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and processes, including terminations, new hires, transfers, and retroactive changes. Process Improvement and Collaboration: • Partner with HR, Finance, and Commission Accounting teams to align field coverage models with compensation plans. • Streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end commission processes. • Provide ongoing training for sales representatives on compensation structures. Collaboration and Support: • Deliver outstanding support to internal stakeholders, including Sales, HR, and Finance teams. • Proactively identify and address opportunities for process improvement. Planning and Reporting: • Actively contribute to the annual operating planning process. • Support ad hoc reporting, analytics, and project requests as needed. • Maintain strong documentation and internal controls. Experience You'll Need Experience: • 3+ years in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of sales compensation plan design, principles, and best practices. Skills: • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for complex modeling and analysis. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. • Experience with AI and machine learning for data analysis and forecasting is a plus. Tools: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with Xactly or similar compensation platforms (highly preferred). • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
