Job Summary
You will serve as the CEO’s strategic right hand, driving investment analysis, market research, and business expansion initiatives to support regional growth and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Conduct investment analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and risks for business growth Perform due diligence to assess financial, operational, and strategic aspects of target companies Execute market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities by analyzing targets and preparing relevant documentation Develop financial models to forecast business performance and support decision-making Prepare investor presentations to communicate business value and growth strategies effectively Lead fundraising efforts by engaging with investors and managing capital raising processes Conduct valuation analysis to determine fair value of companies and assets Evaluate potential partnerships to support strategic alliances and business expansion Draft briefing papers for the CEO to inform strategic decisions and stakeholder communications Contribute to strategic planning by identifying priorities and aligning initiatives with company goals Drive regional execution of strategic initiatives to ensure consistent implementation across markets Preferred competencies and qualifications Completion of CFA Level 1 or higher Proficiency in financial modelling techniques Benefits Package AWS (13th Month) Performance Bonus (1–4 months) Overseas Business Travel Opportunities China & APAC Exposure Executive Mentorship by Group CEO Career Progression into Director/Head roles Regional Leadership Opportunitie
