Senior Recruiter - IT / Non IT (On Contract)

Description We are looking for a Senior Recruiter - IT / Non IT (On Contract) with 4-6 years of experience in job market context of India, to join our team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate must have experience in both IT and Non IT recruitment, and should be able to manage the entire recruitment cycle. Responsibilities • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals. • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements. • Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates. • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all information is up to date. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment. Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. • 4-6 years of experience in IT and Non IT recruitment in India. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and networking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment. • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
