Role - Customer Support Representative
• Duties:
• Receive calls from clients/prospects and understand their issue/problem
• Show empathy to customers and handle complaints with professionalism
• Schedule maintenance worker to visit site and fix appliance
• Follow up with customer to ensure they are happy
• Provide excellent customer service
Job SpecificationExperience:
• Matric
• Previous experience in customer service- preferably telephonic
• Remote work set up with good wifi and backup plans
• Ability to work US hours
• 16:00 - 01:00 or 17:00 to 02:00 depending on season
• Excellent English
