Management Accountant | East Your new company Our client is a globally recognised multinational within the MedTech industry, with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. As part of the regional finance team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadership, supporting business performance and driving financial excellence across multiple markets. Your new role As the Management Accountant, you will: • Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making. • Drive cost visibility through expense monitoring, inventory planning, product costing, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance. • Support regional financial governance by ensuring reporting integrity, strengthening internal controls, and maintaining compliance with IFRS and corporate policies. • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives by enhancing reporting processes, improving systems, and driving continuous improvement projects across the APAC region. What you'll need to succeed • A degree in Accountancy with a CA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia, or equivalent. • Minimally 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial controlling, or regional finance within a multinational environment. • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis, with SAP ERP knowledge being highly advantageous. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across regional and cross-functional teams.
