Analyst - Strategy Consulting

Role Overview: The candidate will be responsible for financial forecasts, reports and analysis to ensure that sound business plans are developed and implemented, and that appropriate mechanisms are in place to monitor business results against the targets. A person should have researcher and an analytical mindset and outstanding presentation skills. Ultimately, a top-notch strategy manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design and execute key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders - Support Top Management with briefing kits for client engagements and other external stakeholders such as industry bodies, corporations, Govt. Authorities, Bureaucrats, Ministry etc. - Drive the IT/Systems initiatives for the Corporate Strategy and ensure the successful and timely delivery - As part of Top Management refresh, prepare environment scan, competitor insights and reports on customers and present the same periodically - Anchor business and operational reviews periodically. Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the top Management prior to the reviews - Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy. - Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc. - Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy. - Assessing market trends and competitors. - Identifying threats and opportunities. - Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions. - Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects. - Monitoring and reporting on projects. Skills Required: - Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes. - Superior project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and varying team members in a successful manner Authority: - Negotiations of PPA tariff or certain terms and conditions with private Parties within the approved limit. - Carrying out policy study with 3rd party below a certain budget. Requirements: - MBA from B School - 3-6 years of experience in management consulting or strategic planning. - Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent Presentation skills and proficient in developing MIS and Data Analytics. - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Outstanding research and analytical abilities. - Project management skills. - Strong leadership skills.
