Functional Competencies: - Business Management: Drives revenue through key levers (conversion, productivity, ATV). - Multi-Store Control: Runs structured reviews; identifies and fixes performance gaps early. - Field Effectiveness: Strong store presence; improves weak stores within 6090 days. - Operational Control: Maintains strong audit scores, inventory discipline, and SOP adherence. - Stakeholder Management: Works effectively with HR, Supply Chain, and Training to resolve issues.
