Job Description

Role Overview: As a COE-Rewards Consulting/OD Consulting/Benchmarking/C&B Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative compensation and benefits strategies, organizational development initiatives, and performance management systems for our diverse client base. You will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges and develop tailored solutions that drive employee engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and support business goals. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ultimately contributing to their overall success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits benchmarking analyses to identify market trends and best practices for our clients. - Design and implement total rewards programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity compensation, and benefits, aligned with client's business strategy and talent philosophy. - Develop and implement performance management systems that drive employee performance, provide meaningful feedback, and support career development. - Lead organizational development initiatives, such as org design, structuring, competency framework development, and change management, to improve organizational effectiveness and agility. - Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of compensation and benefits, organizational development, and human resources topics. - Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement. - Contribute to the development of thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the consulting practice. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business strategy and attract, retain, and motivate top talent. - Proven expertise in organizational development principles and practices, including org design, structuring, competency framework development, and change management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Adaptable to work in a dynamic consulting environment, potentially involving travel to client locations.
