Job Description

Treasury Specialist Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities • Handling daily cash tasks, such as monitoring cash levels, managing short‑term liquidity needs, and posting transactions. • Creating and maintaining a 12‑month daily cash‑flow forecast, working closely with finance and market teams. • Taking care of banking matters, including questions from banks, mandate updates, and user access issues. • Processing and approving manual payments and payment runs, staying in touch with banks to confirm and track them. • Building positive relationships with banks, external partners, and internal teams. • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders. • Improving Treasury Operations processes by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance workflows. • Supporting the Treasury Operations Manager and team in different projects and ongoing tasks. Our requirements • At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in Treasury Operations within an international setting, ideally gained in an SSC/BPO environment. • Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Polish language skills would be an additional asset). • Solid financial expertise, particularly in Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations. • Highly analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. • Creative problem‑solver, comfortable navigating situations where processes are not fully defined. • Proven track record in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. • Proficiency with financial and analytical systems, such as TMS, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related discipline. In this role, you will manage day‑to‑day cash‑related activities and work closely with market teams, finance partners, and external banking institutions.You will contribute to efficient cash positioning, forecasting, and banking operations while supporting the development and optimization of treasury processes in an international environment. The role offers broad exposure to treasury activities, regular collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, and the opportunity to take part in ongoing process improvements and operational projects.
