P& L Head This role is based in Across Allover India All Major City, and requires strong financial expertise and leadership skills to manage profit and loss, financial planning, and cost optimization. Roles and Responsibilities: - Experience Preferred Must Be Only In Finance Field Minimum 8 Years Experience in Finance ( All types of Loan , Insurance ) Prefered . No Any other Industry Experience Needed . - Manage and oversee the company's profit and loss accounts . - Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs. - Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance. - Identify growth opportunities and drive financial efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business operations. Skills and Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management. - Proven track record in managing P&L accounts. - Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities. - Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. - In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in banking or financial services is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
