CEO Office Role - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Type of Employment: Permanent Work Mode: Work From Office, 6 Days a Week Experience Required: 2 - 5 years Qualification: MBA (Tier 1 Colleges) Roles & Responsibilities: What you are expected to do: From day one, the candidate will impact productivity, streamline strategic initiatives, oversee program management, and communicate objectives between departments. Key responsibilities involve (but are not limited to): Core Responsibilities: - Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team. - Act as a project manager for high level, cross-functional projects across businesses. - Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them. - Help define SOPs for multiple segments of the organization. - Help develop the strategic roadmap for the organization and consequent programs, including those that are underway and new initiatives. - Foresee and escalate issues that may come up, suggest alternate solutions to the CEO/program team, and drive decision making on the same. Program Management: - Help define key deliverables from all programs, metrics to be measured/milestones, and track progress in close coordination with program teams. - Help define ways to improve delivery of key metrics of the organization and of programs. - Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO. - Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: - Understand key stakeholders in the system and engage with them on business decisions and strategy. - Act as the liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication and decision making. What We Are Looking For: Basic Qualifications: - Overall 2+ years of experience both pre & post MBA, and should have 1+ years of working experience in a tier 1 consulting firm. - MBA from a top tier B-School in India, with pre-MBA 1+ years of experience in Consulting/ Strategy/ Sales/Finance/ Marketing. - Ability to contribute to discussions about technology and strategy of a product. - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products customers love. - Demonstrated capability of delivering products in a complex and fast-paced environment using agile processes. - Experience in healthcare sector preferred (at a provider, Health-tech, pharma, diagnostics, etc. or in a start-up).
