Scrum master

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support an Agile development team of approximately 10 members working on a modern health services platform. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and help the team deliver high-quality solutions effectively.

You will work closely with engineers, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to improve collaboration, optimize delivery processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator and servant leader who understands Agile principles, can coach teams toward greater autonomy, and has experience working in software development environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support a development team of around 10 members in applying Agile and Scrum principles effectively. Coach the team on Agile practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning. Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery. Monitor team progress, identify risks, and support effective delivery planning.

Promote transparency through effective use of Agile metrics and reporting. Encourage collaboration between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders. Help improve team processes, workflows, and communication practices. Support the team in maintaining a sustainable delivery pace.

Facilitate discussions around technical challenges, dependencies, and process improvements. Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role. Proven experience supporting software development teams using Scrum methodology. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams. Strong understandin
