Job Description

About the Role We're a Series A AI-powered B2B SaaS company operating in the procurement intelligence and supply chain space, backed by top-tier European and global investors.

Our ~150-person team is building the next generation of AI-agent-driven procurement tools for the industrial sector — and we're looking for a Junior Product Designer to help define what that looks like. This is a rare opportunity to shape UX patterns that don't yet exist.

You'll help invent how procurement professionals supervise and collaborate with AI agents, moving workflows away from traditional dashboards toward genuinely agentic systems. You'll join a small, cross-functional team shipping weekly to paying customers in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Location: On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks — not quarters. Define how AI agents surface work to users, how humans review and act on it, and how trust is established between people and automated systems.

Prototype rapidly in Figma, code, and with AI tools to communicate ideas quickly and clearly. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to reduce handoff friction and maintain design quality through launch.

Review pull requests and make last-mile interaction and visual tweaks to ensure what ships matches the design intent. Contribute to and raise the bar on the product design system — visual standards, component consistency, and interaction patterns. Own features from discovery through launch, not just isolated screens.

Iterate rapidly based on real customer feedback and production usage data. What We're Looking For Required: 0–2 years of product design experience (strong internships count) with a portfolio of shipped work — ideally in B2B, complex workflows, or data-heavy products.
