About the Role: You'll join our international Product Design team and take ownership of one of our product missions, backed by a whole community of UX professionals. The job needs real interaction and interface design craft, plus a strategic head for balancing what customers need against what the business needs. And increasingly, it means treating AI as a working partner in your process, not just something you ask for ideas. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers, and customer success along the way. Your Impact: Shape product design strategy. You're the one connecting what the business needs, what customers need, and what's technically possible. Design and build alongside other designers, PMs, and engineers. Using AI end to end. From digging through research to prototyping to iterating, not just for a first-draft idea dump. Turn ideas into things people can actually react to: wireframes, diagrams, task flows, working prototypes. Whatever gets the room aligned and unlocks better thinking. Talk to customers and partners directly to check whether your designs actually hold up. Help make our design tools, processes, and standards better for the whole team, not just your own project. Get involved in customer research early, while strategy and direction are still taking shape, not after. <
