Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to help take our rapidly growing organization to the next level. In this role, you will report to our Head of People Operations and serve as a strategic partner to HR and Compensation business leaders, leveraging deep Workday expertise to streamline processes, automate manual work, and enhance the employee experience across the organization. Here are some things you’ll do on the job: Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules to support business processes and organizational requirements. Evaluate and recommend optimal Workday compensation design aligned with organizational growth, job architecture, career frameworks, and Total Rewards strategy. Configure compensation grades, grade profiles, salary ranges, compensation plans, eligibility rules, annual merit cycles, and core staffing and people processes. Develop and maintain HR and Compensation Workday reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. Configure and support Workday security for new implementations, acquisitions, reorganizations, and system enhancements; troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues, including domain permissions, business process security, constrain
