UX Analyst

Role: UX Analyst Location: Gurugram / Bangalore Experience: 3-6 Years Mandatory Skills: - A/B Testing - Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity / Contentsquare - Dynatrace Role Overview: A UX (User Experience) Analyst studies quantitative and qualitative user data to understand how people interact with digital products. By examining metrics such as success rates, error rates, and user feedback, they identify pain points and translate findings into actionable design and business recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user behavior by tracking click patterns, user funnels, and drop-off rates using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Contentsquare. - Plan and conduct user research, including surveys, A/B testing, and usability interviews. - Optimize conversion by identifying and eliminating friction in user journeys, such as the checkout process, to improve product usability and business KPIs. - Create dashboards and reports, and present actionable insights to Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Required Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and user feedback to identify trends and behavioral patterns. - Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, information architecture, and the product design lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, A/B testing, and creating user personas and journey maps. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business and design recommendations.
