Job Description
Business Analyst
Focus Area: Requirements definition, analyst workflow design, acceptance criteria validation, UAT, adoptions, and human-in-the-loop review gate design
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Expert in Agile methodology; Own the process mapping and creating epics/stories for the end-to-end multiple determination workflow — inputs, transformations, outputs, and dependencies between stories.
Liaise between the engineering team and the stakeholders to resolve open design decisions
Define and refine acceptance criteria for each story in collaboration with the business teams — ensuring outputs matches expectations and the stories adhere to the DoR and DoD. Manage backlog,
Design the human-in-the-loop review gates — what information is surfaced to analysts, how overrides are captured, and how analyst sign-off flows through the system
Manage the Data Schema reference document, mapping document — field definitions, mandatory vs. optional classifications, source hierarchy rules, and controlled vocabularies
Validate prototype outputs against requirements; Cross-function Stakeholder management across multiple projects.
UAT coordination, user adoption support and test case design; Define OKR’s and supporting work.
