Job Description

Working at our Resthaven Retirement Living villages across the Western Suburbs, with the home base at Manor Gardens , (Located in Salisbury East), the Service Coordinator is responsible for providing domestic cleaning and customer support to the Assistant Manager/Village Business Manager, ensuring the safety and security of residents. The role is a casual position. Responsibilities of the Role : • Undertaking domestic and cleaning duties, both in resident rooms and all public areas of the village. • Kitchen duties, including the serving of meals. • Assisting with social activities as required. • The position also requires the successful candidate to “sleep over” as part of an overnight shift. Essential Criteria: • Experience in domestic cleaning and/or hospitality • Have a strong focus on customer service excellence. • Demonstrated ability to work alone as well as part of a team. • First Aid Certificate, Level 2 including CPR.
