Job Description

Join a leading private family owned company and work alongside top financial and operating partners to pursue high-impact investments. You will be joining a tight-knit team with a new approach to managing a family office and private equity investing. Demonstrating key values of innovation, collaboration and the entrepreneurial drive to make things happen, as a new team member you will work alongside the small finance team to manage the month end process and provide value adding reports to senior management and the board to assist with and drive private equity investment initiatives. Key responsibilities will include: • Month end reconciliations and reporting for a number of trusts and companies across the group • Reconciliation of intercompany balances on a monthly basis • Preparation of annual accounts and tax returns/reconciliations • Preparation of monthly and quarterly tax obligations • Preparation of the annual budget and regular ongoing reporting • Quarterly board reporting and monthly management reporting • Assistance with the management of the group cash flows • Annual loan covenant reporting CA/CPA qualified your work experience will include a background in Big 4 accounting and / or private equity, wealth management. You will demonstrate a presence and superior communication skills to engage on a peer basis with senior executives and investment professionals coupled with independent thinking and the confidence to embrace unfamiliar concepts and champion a vision.
