Job Description
**Description**:
Act as Marketing in the Region.
Business delivery.
Execute the campaigns by Crop / Fiso - Barter, FIDC / Integrated Offers - CP + SE
Pricing Execution, Price Tracking, Discounts monitoring
Execution of the strategy to launch new products, demand generation plan, sample management, influencers management
Ensure the capture of the product value proposal in the crop.
Extract value trough Somos program.
Support Comms, RTM and CRM teams on the implementation of the company strategy **Qualifications**:
Around 6 years of experience in the agricultural segment Experience in commercial, agronomy or field marketing areas Experience and knowledge in the seeds and crop business Nice to have bachelor degree in agronomy MBA in Marketing is a plus Advanced Excel Intermediate English
