Join our team and start your journey today! **Overall Description of Position** The Project Manager will support Copeland Latin America with the execution and coordination of key facilities and operations-related projects across Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. These projects include office relocations, vehicle fleet replacement, and other corporate infrastructure initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, managing vendor relationships, aligning with business needs, and reporting progress to senior leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining business continuity. **Major Duties/Responsibilities** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead and coordinate end-to-end project management for office relocations and fleet changes across LATAM.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure consistent execution.
- Engage and manage external vendors and contractors for construction, moving services, and fleet procurement.
- Oversee civil construction activities related to office modifications or new site preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams to manage project dependencies and minimize disruptions.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and changes in scope.
- Regularly report project status, milestones, and budget performance to leadership.
- Support procurement processes and vendor evaluations for relevant projects.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement in project execution across countries.
- Support other corporate initiatives or capital projects as assigned. **Minimum Education/Knowledge Required**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Industrial, or related fields).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Understanding of civil works, facility infrastructure, and local regulatory requirements. **Experience/Skills Required**: - 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in facility and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction, facilities, and vendor management.
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written); intermediate English required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
