About the Company : NetWeb Software is a technology solutions provider focused on building scalable, high-performance backend systems for fast-growing businesses. We specialize in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and event-driven design on AWS. The Role : You will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend systems that support high-performance applications. This role requires strong expertise in Java, AWS, and event-driven architecture. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot - Build and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations - Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EventBridge) - Implement event-driven architecture using AWS EventBridge (mandatory) - Integrate Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability - Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Ideal Candidate : - Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot - Proven expertise in building scalable backend systems and REST APIs - Hands-on experience with AWS services : EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EventBridge (mandatory) - Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems - Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Important Note : - Candidates with hands-on experience in AWS Event Bridge and event-driven systems will be prioritized.
