Business Analyst - Corporate Internet & Retail Banking

Corporate Internet and Retail Banking Job Synopsis: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Digital Banking Channels, specifically in Corporate Internet and Retail Banking. The ideal candidate should have 48 years of experience in the banking domain, with a solid understanding of key banking products such as Current Accounts, Loans, Term Deposits, Overdrafts (OD), Corporate ERP integrations, Trade Finance, third-party products, and payment integrations. Hands-on experience with middleware systems, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end digital journeys is essential. Main roles & responsibilities: - Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document both functional and non-functional requirements. - Lead complex Corporate ERP / Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations and drive digitization of Global and Domestic Trade Finance modules, transactions, and bill payments. - Design and propose robust Corporate Access Management frameworks. - Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend digital solutions aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate across multiple systems for integration of Corporate Internet Banking and Retail Banking platforms. - Drive UI/UX improvements to enhance customer experience and digital journeys. - Demonstrate strong domain knowledge across Current Accounts, Loans, Deposits, Cards, Trade Finance, and ERP integrations. - Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and entitlement frameworks. - Define multi-level authorization workflows (Maker-Checker-Approver hierarchy). - Work with APIs, microservices, ESB/middleware, and understand system dependencies. - Collaborate closely with technology teams across the project lifecycle. - Support SIT, UAT preparation, test case reviews, and issue triaging. - Track requirements, scope changes, and delivery timelines. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution. - Identify opportunities to improve digital adoption and streamline processes. - Recommend best practices for customer lifecycle and engagement management. - Ensure high-quality releases through collaboration with product, development, and business teams. Qualification, Experience & Skill Set Required: - Bachelors degree in relevant field with 5 - 9 years of experience in the banking domain. - Strong knowledge of Corporate Internet Banking and Retail Banking systems. - Proven experience in documentation: BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes. - Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). - Hands-on experience with process mapping tools (Visio, BPM tools, etc.). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal & written). - Experience working in cross-functional technical teams. - Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent project management tools. - Good understanding of middleware/ESB, APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations. - Knowledge of Corporate ERP systems and Host-to-Host integrations is an added advantage. - Strong focus on delivery timelines and results-oriented mindset.
