Job Description

Aged Care, Home Care Worker and AIN roles available for Immediate Start Amazing opportunity for Aged Care or Disability Support Worker, AIN, EEN or Registered Nurses. We have roles available for immediate start in the Harrisdale region. If you have community care experience and a passion for caring for people, then we would love to talk to you! We are currently seeking Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality support. Our services include disability, aged and transitional care, in home, mental health support, and end of life care. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered lives, independently at home. Successful candidates will ideally have the following: • The ability to provide personal, companion and domestic care • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Manual handling experience (or willingness to learn - though this is not required for all of our clients) • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities Applicants must have the following: • Australian National Police check certificate • Current First Aid and CPR certificate • Driver's license with full comprehensive car insurance and a reliable vehicle • Blue card Desirable: • AHPRA Nursing Registration (if applicable) • Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support Disability/Aged Care or related studies. • NDIS workers screening • Sound experience in the disability or allied health/welfare/education fields.
