Job Description
The People & Culture team is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the strategic and operational delivery of compensation programs for Equinox’s corporate and field populations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Compensation, this role will serve as a key partner in the administration, analysis, and continuous enhancement of compensation programs and processes.  This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next phase of compensation at Equinox. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will contribute to meaningful business decisions and support the development of scalable compensation frameworks that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex business problems, and translating information into actionable insights. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives including annual compensation planning, compensation governance, job architecture development, salary structure design, market benchmarking, and incentive plan enhancements.  While the role is primarily focused on Equinox, you will also support select enterprise-wide compensation activities, including annual compensation cycle processes involving SoulCycle and Equinox Hotels.  The successful candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with sound business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Support the administration and evolution of compensation programs for Equinox corporate and field employees.  Work closely with the Senior Director of Compensation to help execute key compensation initiatives, projects, and annual processes.  Lead and support compensation analyses related to new hires, promotions, transfers, market adjustments, organizational changes, and internal equity reviews.  Conduct job e
