Cloud Solutions Architect

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Dubai-based team, serving as the technical cornerstone for our enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable cloud infrastructure, designing robust architectures that drive operational efficiency and innovation. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, engineering squads, and external clients to translate strategic goals into high-performance technical roadmaps. By spearheading the migration and modernization of mission-critical applications, you will directly influence the agility, security, and long-term scalability of our global client portfolio, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of the cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities : - Design comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) that align with enterprise standards to ensure seamless integration across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. - Architect secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring that infrastructure supports the high-availability requirements of our global customer base. - Implement advanced IAM frameworks and robust encryption protocols to safeguard sensitive data assets and maintain strict regulatory compliance across all cloud deployments. - Lead the transition of legacy systems to modern PaaS and SaaS models, optimizing resource utilization and reducing technical debt for our clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to provide technical governance and mentorship, ensuring best practices in cloud-native development are consistently applied. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in architecting complex, multi-tier cloud environments with a deep understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP service portfolios. - Proven ability to translate abstract business challenges into actionable technical specifications, utilizing strong analytical skills to balance performance, cost, and security. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to present technical strategies to non-technical leadership and influence decision-making processes. - Extensive experience in designing and enforcing security architectures, specifically regarding identity management, data encryption, and network security in cloud-native setups. - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering large-scale cloud projects. - High adaptability to a dynamic, on-site work environment in Dubai, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural professional setting requiring 7 - 15 years of progressive experience in cloud architecture.
