Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies for the US market. - Create and manage content calendars across social platforms. - Publish, monitor, and optimize social media content. - Grow brand awareness, engagement, and online community. - Track social media performance and prepare regular reports. - Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams. - Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices. Requirements: - 4-7 years of experience in Social Media Marketing. - Experience managing B2C or D2C brands for the US market. - Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. - Excellent communication and content planning skills. - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
