Head - Finance & Accounts: Head - Finance & Accounts to lead the organization's finance and accounting function. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, taxation, treasury, audits, and financial planning. The incumbent will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including general accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting. - Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. - Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process. - Monitor business performance through financial analysis and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost efficiency. - Oversee direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting. - Coordinate and manage internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and cost audits. - Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and governance processes. - Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations. - Support business expansion, capital investments, and strategic financial planning. - Lead and develop the finance and accounts team while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Candidate Profile: - Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA (Finance) or CMA will be an added advantage. - 15-25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, treasury, audit, and statutory compliance. - Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. - Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive business-focused financial decisions. Preferred Industry: - Manufacturing, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Engineering, Automotive, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, or Process Industries.
