Technical Program Manager (Product Development) |Medical Devices

Our client is a leading medical device contract manufacturer with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and China. They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead product development initiatives for innovative IVD consumables and MedTech products.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product development programs for IVD consumables and MedTech products from concept through manufacturing readiness Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product Development, Process Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery Review product designs, conduct technical risk assessments, support DFM, and resolve engineering issues Manage project schedules, milestones, customer engagements, and regulatory or grant-related deliverables Mentor engineering teams while supporting continuous improvement, manufacturing scalability, and process optimization Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline Minimum 8 years of product development experience in IVD consumables, medical devices, or biomedical precision assemblies At least 3 years of technical leadership or project management experience within a regulated MedTech environment Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, design controls, verification & validation, and product development processes Experience in microfluidics, reagent integration, and tolerance analysis for complex assemblies Experience with government grants, innovation programs, or capability transformation initiatives will be an advantage Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position are encouraged to click "Apply Now" to submit their application.
