Behind that trust is a network of systems, tools, and workflows - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of experience in risk management, trust & safety, fraud prevention, or marketplace integrity domains - Experience driving process automation or process improvement initiatives that delivered measurable operational efficiency gains - Experience managing programs across technical and non-technical teams with competing priorities - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making - Experience with defect analysis, root cause investigation, and structured problem-solving methodologies - Experience writing program requirements, process documentation, and stakeholder communications - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with interdependencies
