Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to 3-4 senior executives. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage complex priorities in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination across global time zones
• Coordinate detailed and frequent international travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and expense management
• Prepare and manage documents for signatories, meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions
• Serve as a key point of contact between executives, portfolio companies, and internal and external stakeholders
• Support execution of media-facing events and client presentations end-to-end
• Personal errands/lifestyle support and travel coordination as required, but minimal
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity, investment management, consulting, executive search, or other fast-paced professional services environments
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-performance environment while remaining adaptable and composed under pressure
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities seamlessly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
• High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Service oriented with a high-level support mindset
