About the role Gusto is hiring a Social Media Manager to own organic social strategy and execution across our brand channels. This role leads day-to-day content strategy, agency collaboration, and executive amplification, and is the operational backbone of the internal social team, working closely with the Head of Social, an Influencer Lead, and our social media agency of record. What you'll do Own organic social strategy and content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, aligned to brand voice and content pillars. <span style="font-si
