Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a Payroll and Workforce Management project within a large, complex organisation.
This role will suit a hands-on Project Manager with experience delivering HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), Time & Attendance or related business systems projects. Whilst UKG experience is highly regarded, we are open to candidates who have worked across a range of workforce management, payroll and people systems environments.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors, you will coordinate project activities across planning, delivery, testing, implementation and business readiness to ensure successful project outcomes.
About You
You will bring practical project delivery experience and a track record of supporting or leading payroll, workforce management or HR technology initiatives.
UKG experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates with experience across Kronos, Workforce Dimensions, Dayforce, Payroll Transformation, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance or similar enterprise workforce solutions are encouraged to apply.
